How do you keep my emails out of spam?
We publish SPF, DKIM and DMARC for your domain so receivers can authenticate your mail, sign every outgoing message with DKIM, and protect the sending infrastructure with outbound rate limits and content checks so no single account can damage everyone's reputation.
Can I switch to BigMail from another email host?
Yes. Create your mailboxes with us, update your domain's MX and mail records, and copy older messages across by connecting the old and new accounts in a mail client. Mail starts arriving with us as soon as DNS updates.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
