Every address belongs to the company
Mailboxes live on your domain, not in personal accounts. When someone leaves, you reset the password and the mailbox — with its history — stays with the business.

In short
Corporate email is email that uses your company's own domain — [email protected] — instead of a free personal address. The company owns the domain and therefore every mailbox on it: it can create and close accounts, reset passwords and keep correspondence when people leave. BigMail.az provides corporate email as a hosted service: you bring or buy a domain, we publish the mail records and run the mail server.
A company address is more than branding. It is control, security and deliverability.
Mailboxes live on your domain, not in personal accounts. When someone leaves, you reset the password and the mailbox — with its history — stays with the business.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC are generated for your domain and checked in the console, so receiving servers can verify that your messages really come from you.
Add domains, create mailboxes, reset passwords and manage billing from a single admin console. No IT department required.
Optional two-factor authentication protects webmail and the apps; per-app passwords let you lock Outlook or Apple Mail to credentials you can revoke one at a time.
Use the webmail in a browser or connect Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and phone mail apps over standard IMAP and SMTP.
Filters, auto-replies and blocked senders run on the mail server itself, so they work no matter which app or device reads the mailbox.
The same mail platform on every plan — plans differ only in how many domains and mailboxes you can add.
A free address costs nothing up front. Here is what it costs a company later.
| Aspect | Free personal address | BigMail.az on your domain |
|---|---|---|
| What customers see | [email protected] | [email protected] |
| Who controls the address | The person who registered it | Your company, through its domain |
| When an employee leaves | The mailbox and its history leave with them | You reset the password and keep the mailbox |
| Sender authentication | Signed for the provider's domain, not yours | SPF, DKIM and DMARC published for your own domain |
| Administration | Every account managed separately | All mailboxes in one admin console |
| First impression | Looks like a side project | Looks like an established business |

Yes — corporate email is defined by your own domain. If you already have one, connect it by adding the DNS records we show you. If not, you can search for and buy a domain inside the admin console, and we configure all of its mail records automatically.
Yes. Create the same addresses in the admin console, point your domain's MX record to us, and connect each mailbox in a mail client such as Outlook or Thunderbird to copy older messages across. Our support team can help plan the switch.
It gives the company control that free accounts do not. You decide who has a mailbox, you can reset or suspend access instantly, two-factor authentication is available for every mailbox, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC make it much harder for anyone to send mail pretending to be your domain.
Yes. Besides webmail, every mailbox works with Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and the built-in mail app on iPhone and Android over IMAP and SMTP. Filters and auto-replies still apply because they run on the server.
Most companies are sending from their own domain the same day. Signup takes a few minutes; the only wait is for your DNS changes to propagate, which is usually under an hour and at most 48 hours. Domains bought through us are configured automatically.
