To get email on your own domain you need three things: a domain name, an email hosting service, and DNS records that point the domain's mail to that service (MX) and prove your messages are genuine (SPF, DKIM and DMARC). Frequently asked questions
Can I use my existing domain for email?
Yes. Add the domain in the admin console and create the DNS records it shows you (MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC) at the company where you registered it. Once the check turns green you can create mailboxes. Your website, if you have one, keeps working.
Will connecting my domain affect my website?
No. Email uses MX and TXT records; your website uses A or CNAME records. We only ask you to add mail records, so the site stays exactly where it is.
What DNS records do I need for email on my own domain?
An MX record that routes incoming mail to the mail server, an SPF record listing which servers may send for your domain, a DKIM record (at dkim._domainkey) holding the public key that verifies your signature, and a DMARC record (at _dmarc) telling receivers what to do with mail that fails those checks.
How long does it take for a custom domain email to start working?
DNS changes usually take effect within an hour, and occasionally up to 48 hours. The console rechecks your records and, on many deployments, sends you a text message the moment every record is ready.
Can I have more than one domain?
Yes. Minimal includes one domain, Main three and Pro ten. Each domain gets its own mail records and mailboxes, all managed from the same account.
What does custom domain email cost?
Plans start from 5 AZN a month when billed yearly, including the mail records, webmail and IMAP/SMTP access. If you buy a new domain through us, the domain registration is charged separately at checkout.
